Probably 1 of the best online shopping transactions I've ever had! I had contacted Ian due to a heat emitter I had purchased which was faulty. Ian immediately reached out & offered a replacement & within a few hours, my replacement had been delivered to house, after COB! Online order took 2 weeks to be shipped out. Called the mobile 600 times no answer. Emailed asking for a refund, package shows up 3 days later at my door. That’s not a refund.Understand the store is closed down / moving but your website says still open/ shipping online.
