Roman was fantastic to talk to and recommend a vacuum cleaner to suit my needs and budget. A massive Thanks. Its veen over 10 years since I had to buy a new one and was overwhelmed with the choices.

Godfrey's is a great place to get all of your Vacuum Cleaner parts and Cleaners. Friendliest Staff/Owner who was very helpful and explained everything clearly and with professionalism. No rush or hurry, happy to wait and then recommend. I was able to walk away and do my own research without any pressure. We will be going back 100% for any of our needs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that were incredibly helpful and did not try to pressure me into buying something that was not what I needed. Highly recommend this store to anyone that is not sure on which vacuum to buy as the staff will find the right one to suit your needs.

We were served by bailey today, extremely polite young man and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and sold us a stick vac we are very happy with for a great price would 100% reccomend

Went in at the weekend to purchase a vacuum and the owner was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable and was very competitive! Would certainly recommend! :)

I purchased a Cat and Dog Hoover vacuum from this company online and the head broke within 6 months. I returned the head for replacement/repairs near 3 weeks ago at the Morphett Vale store only to be advised that they are just looking at repairs today. I rang the Morphett Vale store requesting a followup as to why it was taking so long only to be advised by the lady there that she doesn't know and that it would take too long to get a response by email from the service department. There was no offer to follow up and was only given a phone number from her after prompting for it. The Morphett Vale store only seems interested in sell vacuums but has the WORST after sales care from any retailer i have used.

Took our dyson in for repairs and was told that dyson no longer made parts and would need to buy a whole new vacuum! Contacted dyson directly and was told they do make parts and had our vaccumm fixed within a week. Total scammers!

Don't waste your time and money coming here.. the staff tell you the item can do what it can't, then refuse to honour their consumer warranty policy on the website when you want a refund under consumer warranty. Absolutely horrible customer service if you have any issues, more than happy to take your hard earned money though! Go elsewhere so your entitled warranty will actually be warranted by the company!Edited to add: don't contact their head office either, I contacted them as requested and they refused to resolve the issue at hand. Will not honour consumer warranty.

Really impressed great service, our head for our vacuum cleaner stopped spinning, the lovely man tried to fix it but coudnt so sent it away. Aware i was going to have to pay as 3 months out if warrenty, it came back and i checked on the price it cost to fix I was told it had been covered under warranty. Very happy great service.

Pretty good. Depends on who’s working. High high pressure from 1 sales guy so I left. Next visit salesman was not pressuring me and stuck to my budget.
