I love the atmosphere of the shop, the books are presented well to attract readers to new and interesting items, the many shelves of used books out front are very appealing and help draw people in.The staff have airways been very friendly and genuinely seem to want to help you as opposed to just doing their job.They have a pretty good range of books, and will happily order it in if you can't find it. They also have a lovely little section devoted to interested little items like cards, wrap, cups, little lunch boxes and eco friendly products. I like supporting a bricks and mortar bookshop close to home and this is a good one for me.

I go into this book store very often, every-time I’m received with such lovely customer service.Especially from Ember who handle terrible customer who was rude, insulting and didn’t understand the word compromise or refund.There’s nothing more than walking into a book store and the staff knowing what words you wanna see.Absolutely adore this store .

Visited Harry Hartog at ANU branch on the weekend. Impressive merchandises besides books and staff are friendly. There's second hand books on the second floor where you can find some good book with bargain price.
