I have never been so shocked at the appalling service given by the staff at the Kings Cross location.The staff members attitude was rude and no empathy was shown.In December I had them put a screen protector on my phone, it has begun to come away amd when I requested a replacement she said no sorry we don’t have warrants on those. I asked to see it on writing but they could not provide. I then found bank statement of purchase and they just crossed arms and said they have many different prices.They are shonky, rude and basically had a hissy fit by crossing thier arms and turning back on me.I’m a local and have purchased many times, so much for supporting local. I will be sure to tell everyone to shop elsewhere and hopefully you will go out of business.

Look at the positive reviewers on here, they are clearly fake, all having only posted one review on their Google accounts. I Purchased a $40 screen protector. Within days it's was becoming loose, I took it back but they denied it was loose. Inevitably a few days later it came off completely. I went back and showed them but no replacement was offered as I paid cash and have no record of purchase. It's obvious its from there, I am a local and the person who sold it to me must remember me being there 3 times. They are also the only company providing these protectors in the area.

Very underwhelming experience. While the in-store technicians do their part and the price is competitive, the quality of the screens is wanting. I had one faulty screen installed, and the second cracked in under a week. The keyboard stopped working properly after a few days and then cracked during general use, which is not covered by their 90 day warranty.More importantly their customer support line were both condescending and very aggressive.I would not recommend using them.

My phone screen got broken. They gave me the best price in Sydney( yes, Ive called more than 10 shops around Sydney). They fixed my phone within 2 hours. Good customer service!

Most painful experience I have ever had getting a phone and IPad screen replaced.Phone number listed on Google is for Chatswood not KX.Won’t take credit payment over phone because they have had a single bad experience.Screens and price were fine and Ciara is nice.But as far as ease and accomodation goes it was painful for me compared to the many other fast and smooth transactions I go through on a daily basis.

I've had my screen fixed at this shop at least 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years with no problems and even been given a $10 discount by the long term employee. This time was different. I asked a worker I've never seen before called Jesse Lee for the usual $10 discount to replace the screen and she refused saying my phone had never been fixed at the shop previously. I live across the road and always fixed my phone at this shop, so I was genuinely confused by what she was saying. She also said she knew I was lying because my iphone 8 wasn't even released 2 years ago. She wouldn't relent even when I told her I've been on a 24 month Telstra plan with that phone until yesterday when I get a new plan, so it's certainly 2 years old. At that point my Mother who was with me, told me not to get the screen fixed with this company. I wish I had listened. I paid $90 for a new screen and then took the phone home to set it up for a relative. The Q, the A and the delete button on the keyboard no longer worked. I took it back and Jesse fixed the Q and A but could not fix the delete button so that a single deletion happens. She told me I had to accept it because it was only a little different to before. She also told me that because I had already transferred the data from that phone to my new phone (an hour before) I couldn't prove that the keyboard had been working! The phone was perfect in every way except for a cracked screen from a drop at least 2 months earlier. I said I wouldn't accept that I had paid to have 1 problem fixed (the screen) and now I had a new problem thanks to her. She put me on the phone to the manager from the Chatswood Store called Charlie who told me my cracked screen would be put back on and I'd get my money back for the screen. When I asked him what about the new problem with the keyboard created by Jesse, he said he didn't care. He also said he didn't care that this did not comply with Australia's consumer laws, wouldn't tell me the owner of the store's name and then hung up. Jesse took off the new screen and replaced it with my cracked screen. She then withheld the phone and the refund on the basis that I didn't have the receipt from a couple of hours earlier. She only released the phone and the refund after I threatened to walk down to the Kings Cross police station. So after taking my phone to this shop with a simple cracked screen, I now have a phone with a cracked screen and a broken keyboard. Not to mention 3 hours of a Sunday wasted, being called a liar and finding out this company doesn't think the Australian Consumer Laws apply to them. I will take this to the OFT, NCAT and let the Potts Pointers FB page know but my advice to others is that this company is OK if nothing goes wrong. However, the minute something does go wrong, they don't care and you will not help you. Far better to go to a company that respects Australian Consumer Laws and cares about a customers.

Very quick and reasonably priced. And most importantly a great quality of screen protectors. My phone got stack in between two hard steel surfaces, I thought it was impossible the screen protector would save the screen, but it did. I went to replace it and the screen underneath was completely fine. I saved $450+ that I would have paid if I had to replace it. The screen protector is excellent, you can’t even notice it. Highly recommended.

These guys are frauds , very unprofessional and rude. Changed the screen on my iphone X , and it started playing up within a week. Went back to them and they messed up the phone further , it keeps restarting now.

My iPhone 5s had water damage and eventually died and could not be saved. I was able to buy a phone from them. My data was saved and transferred. A new cover and screen protector was provided all for an amazing price. The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful, pleasant and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
