Took my watch in for a service.Very disappointing experience.Got the watch back and one of the original parts of the watch was replaced with a very cheap aftermarket part .This is part of the face/dial,very rare and highly sought after buy collectors .It was given to me buy my father twenty years ago and is now ruined.Took photos of the watch before service and they still refuse to admit any wrong doing .I have been a watch collector for many years and am a member of quite a few watch clubs and forums.I am no fool but was treated like a blind one, even after I presented the photo evidence. Was told buy members in my watch clubs to take photos before and after service because of this problemThis watch frequently sells for $2000.00 or more and now would not be worth half that.Don't hold much hope of them doing the right thing .Will post again when I pick it up this week.

Great service! I purchased a 1979 Seiko 5 from eBay which was sold to me as “parts only” and they got it running perfectly and fitted a new crystal. Super quick considering the amount of work needed to this little vintage watch! Thanks so much! Will definitely recommend!

My wife took a valuable clock which doubles as a piece of art into this shop to get a new mechanism. My clock is hand carved 1000 year old British OakThey added a damaged/bent bright red seconds hand (this wasn't needed and so I removed, however this has left a red mark on the brass coloured mechanism). They also glued the mechanism in the wrong position on the back for hanging with a big glob of glue (the original wasn't glued, it was positioned and tightened with the front of the clock mechanism.I have managed to brake the seal of the glue and reposition in the correct place, however, have been unable to remove the unsightly glue from the clock, for fear of damaging it.This has now devalued this piece of art that was acquired for a few thousand dollars from a famous UK artist. I am extremely angry at the blatant vandalism of my possession and wouldn't recommend this shop for the shoddy workmanship it peddles.
