Pollon Flowers Melbourne

I didn’t buy anything at pollon but only walked past, but I really admire this shop and their pretty pots and plants and flowers , they really made the efforts to make the store front really pretty.Will come in and have a look when I have more time the next few days - wonderful looking shop !

If this is not the best looking florist I've seen then I don't know what is. Such a beautiful, inviting, warm, I want to move in, atmosphere. If you haven't seen it then do so, you too will be swept away by its charm.

Pollon Flowers is our go-to CBD florist. Beautiful fresh flowers weekly and the staff are amazing with their arrangements.I have been looked after by Josh several times; him and his colleagues have always been very welcoming & helpful with their advice.Highly recommend!

Pretty flowers? Yes, but my experience with Pollon isn't.I went to Pollon after work today because it is the only one that opens after 5pm. Reached there at around 5:10pm and was told that they don't do mixed bouquet (arrangement of different flowers tied together) anymore because they are closing soon (at 5:30pm). I was thinking okay, fair enough. So I chose 3 pretty roses to be tied up into a bunch. She knew that it is going to be a GIFT for my friend, but she wrapped the flowers so poorly (refer to pictures). The roses were off-centred and the ribbon came loose right after.What threw me off was when a Caucasian man came in a few minutes after me (at this point, she is already halfway through wrapping my flowers), another lady in the shop assisted him with his big, mixed bouquet, which got me confused because I thought they don't offer it as they are closing soon? Now I don't want to accuse someone for being racist, but I told my friends about my experience and I came to know that many of my friends have encountered similar experiences at Pollon, where they felt that they were treated differently because of their races.If you're wondering if I end up giving the flowers to my friend, the answer is NO. No way she's getting a poorly done flowers.

I don't want to accuse of this shop of being racist either, but after reading some of the 1/2 star reviews on this shop, I wonder if that's the reason after my unwelcomed experience.I went in the store and there were 2 staffs who were laughing and were being so so friendly to this group of Caucasians. I thought hey probably a great stop by to get some recommendations from these friendly staffs for my friend's graduation flower. I walked around the store patiently waiting for them to finish or leave so that I can get them to assist me.However, after the group left, they ignored my presence? Didnt even bother asking if I needed help with anything the whole time I was in there. They were just silent or talking among themselves. (I saw the store replied to 1 of the review saying that it might be because they're busy etc but they werent in my situation so).One of the staff just stood there minding his own business until I approached him to ask him about the prices and he just sounded like he does not care about providing any service to me at all.Unsure why they are friendly to some and not the others??

We spent $111 on a small bouquet to send to our friend for her engagement...half the flowers arrived dead and falling apart! So disappointing for the price.

This is my favourite florist in Melbourne by far!I take photos every time I am in store because it is always so beautiful! I have been served by a different staff member every time and each of them have been so friendly and more than accomodating with my small budget and always wrap them exceptionally. They are all so knowledgable and I will continue to return here every time I need flowers!

Pollon Flowers is one of my favourite florists in Melbourne.I like to buy fresh flowers and roses for my favourite girl (in all universes) when she visits me every week.And I would recommend this florist if you’re looking for quality with a range of great variety and colours.The staff were great with their recommendations and was really cool about us recoding some footage for our memories.P.S. This place was amazing, I went here and bought some flowers and they lasted forever. Beautiful people work here
