Fantastic team here at Carmichael Ford lead by Owen and his team!I have visited C.F over the past 8 months whilst temporarily based in Townsville , and in particular must make a special mention to thank Cameron in services for his over and beyond approach with tips and suggestions prior to a lengthy road trip in the Wild Track.

Several reasons for this rating.1. Recieved a Safety Recall letter on Monday regarding my Ranger but was unable to do anything about it until today, it just so happens that today my Ranger also broke what was needed to be repaired. Called them this morning about it and was told very rudely and in no uncertain terms that they would not be doing anything about it until mid January next year, and if I bought it in then they MIGHT look at it.2. Was told that this had been a well known issue for years and that I should know about it as it had been published in newspapers. If known, why was it not fixed the last time they serviced my vehicle?3. When asked about why the delay I was told that there was a nation wide parts shortage, yet when I called up Beadesert Ford they could have it down within the week (that's a bit to far though) however Ayr Ford are able to have this actioned within 2 weeks saying they COULD in fact order the parts as they were available.Overall poor customer service, attitude and willingness to action Fords Safety Recall.I know where I won't be going next time I wish get a vehcile serviced or purchase a new vehicle

Honestly the best! My car had a major warranty issue and these guys were amazing thoughout the whole thing. Kept me apprised of where we were at and were up front about the challenges around acquiring parts. The extra work I needed done was arranged smoothly and when a further (fortunately relatively minor) issue was identified in the process of that, they were all over it with solutions, costs and a phone call to ask what I wanted done. The price for this work was very, very good - much better than I expected.They even kept me on the road while my car was out of commission. All around Carmichael Ford is a great team of professionals who take the time to care for their clients. From workshop to parts to sales, everyone I spoke to was warm, caring and genuine.

Shout out to Chase! Service was amazing when buying my new next gen ranger. Kept me updated the whole way with where it was at for delivery. Hand over was smooth and left knowing everything in needed to about the car!

I was trying to buy a second hand car from these guys. I dealt with Jake first. We have agreed on 31k, then next day he said they now want 32.5k. Ok agreed on 32k, with service and delivery. Jake confirmed this twice on the phone and I asked to send invoice to pay. Just before paying I reconfirmed this with Nigel (manager) and now service was not included as they dropped the price. Then Jake tried to lie his way around saying that car was serviced before arriving to dealership, this was another lie as car was serviced in Feb only. Overall I even agreed to take it without service. Then they could not make invoice correctly, as spelt name and address incorrectly. Then when I asked for correct invoice, next day Nigel told me they sold to someone else (lie) and in the same conversation he confirmed he just lied before and won't sell to me as I ask many questions about the car". Overall only lies and lies from Nigel and Jake. Don't deal with these guys as they will deceive you. Very shocking from Ford dealership

My son has a Ford ranger it has been playing up for a while he bought it second hand and he has had it look at by a couple of independent mechanics he took it Carmichal ford they found the problem with a chip playing up if you have a Ford take it to the experts thank you Ford.

Our new Ford Everest purchase was smooth and effortless for us. Thanks to the staff and management for making sure everything fell into place. Justin Bonner did an amazing job to get the car ready for us - we’ll see you next time, Justin!

Hopeless, haven't been able to fix any of my problems with my ranger since new.If I was paying for my servicing I definitely wouldn't use them. I'm not even sure they do everything they are supposed to, when I told them it had an issue with the transmission that only happens on the highway they said they test drove it and couldn't replicate, but they did 3kms, there is no 100km/hr zone within 3kms of the dealership, let alone a round trip with highway time. What a joke.The most recent visit I complained that the ac was still weak in the centre vents, 3rd time, 3rd service, even after I had it tested against another vehicle at my own expense and it was significantly different, but its normal. I purposely didn't mention the indicator light was out on the left hand guard, figured they would work that one out themselves, they definitely did not.It goes in on Monday for a timing cover leak that was reported on last years service, they would call me when they could book it in, figured since 12 months without call I would ask about it when booking this time.
