Many thanks to Kevin and his team and Jemade Design and Construction.I had the best experience dealing with them from start to completion.They kept me informed all the way and they took pride in the quality of workman ship. From the very first moment we get touched in email, through to completed the new gate house, balcony roof and pathway at handover, we knew we had chosen the best to renovate my house. Being able to march my existing home without hassle or additional cost was fantastic. The communication between all parties was faultless. Manager Kevin went above and beyond to ensure that quality and finish were never compromised. Any issues were quickly identified and resolved, usually before we were even aware of them. There were no surprises in the final cost either. I would highly recommend the team at Jemade Design and Construction - they were exceptional!

Kev was punctual from our first consultation to our post build inspection, and was always available to discuss any concerns.We had Kev design and draft our house plans, and he arranged all the associated tasks with getting approvals and getting our project on the road.His team did an amazing job of our house extension. Our house project involved knocking down the front half of our house to extend outward and upwards. We lived in the back quarters of our house during the whole demolition and construction phase, Kev was very mindful of our arrangements, and made it a very painfree (and actually enjoyable!) experience for us. The construction site was kept as tidy as a construction site could possibly be.Construction went smoothly, questions were always answered promptly and we are quite happy to say we did not have any major issues during the build.We totally love our new transformed house thanks to Kev and his team. A special mention to Jason, Mason and Bailey for their outstanding work, they achieved so much each and every day that they were working on our house, it was exciting coming home every afternoon to see the progress that they had made. We actually miss them turning up early each morning!Kev went over and beyond by being approachable after construction to address any issues that we had.We highly recommend Jemade Design & Construction, this is a company that truly takes pride in their work and keeps to their word.

Jemade Design and Construct recently finished renovating our house and has delivered us the home we have planned and saved for over many years. Kevin started with us by producing some concept plans, then prepared detailed designs before project managing and overseeing construction of our renovation.Jemade Design and Construction has produced a very high-quality house extension adding approx 70 sq metres of living space which we are very happy with. The team including Jason, Rick, Bailey and Tom were punctual, polite, friendly and helpful with us during our first renovation. They were awesome with our kids and their many curious building questions. Kevin is an excellent project manager who delivered on time (actually ahead of schedule) and on budget.

From start to finish, Kevin Ryan and his whole team from Jemade have gone above and beyond to ensure this large renovation ran smoothly and on time. Communication is to the highest level and the fixed price contract maintained apart from some extra pieces we added and approved. His design talents are fantastic and he worked closely with our stylist to achieve an absolutely amazing result. If you want a professional result from a professional team that is fairly priced, then I highly recommend Jemade Design and Construction. This will be the only business we will use for any future work to our home.

Our deck was in dire need of replacement, so I began talking to people and ringing around for some design ideas and quotes. Jemade was recommended by our sparky, so I called Kevin Ryan for a quote. Of the 5 or so quotes we received, Kevin’s was by far the most efficient, detailed and reasonable, so we chose Kevin to build our new deck with flyover roof.From the get-go, Kevin and his team provided a seamless build for us. He organised approvals, contracts and engineering, and provided us with a detailed timetable of what was happening when and steps we needed to take.His team of builders worked efficiently and happily, and soon the demolition of the old deck and the construction of the new deck were underway.The results are stunning, even better than we had anticipated.Throughout the whole process, the communication between us and the builders was great.So overall we’re delighted with our new deck, happy with the cost and workmanship and would highly recommend Kevin and his team at Jemade for your future building project.

Jemade have just completed our Kitchen and dining renovation. This is our second project with Kev and his team and as with the first the project has come in on time and on budget with the final outcome surpassing our expectations.
