Everything͏ that we need from an agent!We actually first met Alex when we bought the apartment which he just helped us to sell. We were happy with him then and it ended up being a great decision to have him represent us as vendors. He had good knowledge of the current market conditions, which helped us confirm our number for a sell price. Alex and his team were always very professional in his dealings with us, the (potential) buyers and our solicitor. When he had concerns about something, Alex was upfront with these and we worked through them step by step, with Alex finding a way to work with positions about which we felt strongly. He was excellent at following things up and despite my husband and I often being only able to respond late at night due to work commitments, he was always very responsive himself even during evenings and weekends. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and would absolutely use his services again.

I have recently rented out my brand new apartment through Archer real estate and have been dealing with Chelsey. She has been FANTASTIC!!! She is so kind and always willing to help! She kept in constant contact with me through every single process and has made my first time as a landlord a total breeze. I would highly recommend Chelsey to anyone wanting to rent their property out!

Terrible experience as a tenant. Impossible to get maintenance done on the property, even though we have been making repeated requests for over two years. Terrible communication and very unhelpful when we decided to leave the property. Overcharged for rent on a number of occasions. Very difficult to deal with this agency.

In the past I had Emma as a PM and most recently, Georgina.Both ladies are so incredibly caring and attentive - always quick to help out if needed or answer any questions. They are friendly and they always greet you with a smile.My recent move/end of lease was seamless with the help of Georgina.Renting through Archer is such a positive experience, am grateful to have done so.
