The problem with this service is that they are Lawyers, doing work for nothing. Or supposed to do work for nothing. So, they do nothing!Their service" in fact is a triage scheme to see who has a profitable case

I have supported multiple clients of Justice Connect as a peer support worker. Their criteria of how they define what they can or cannot take on or help with is so limited for the legal issues they can help with. I am aware the government have decided this funding criteria, not justice connect themselves. If you're being evicted into homelessness they will help and are brilliant but if your homeless legal issues do not fit their boxes for what limited issues they are funded to assist with, they never help, including evictions from disability housings where there are service agreements but no leases in place, or not being able to get a rental in private rental or in social/community housing, due to disability discrimination or needing major disability modifications, and other homeless legal issues. Please stop gatekeeping pro bono lawyers to people in desperate need. There needs to be more equity and fairness in who they choose to help and not help.

Been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply. If they can't help, it would be appreciated if they replied to my application instead of ignore me. They say they'll get back to you in 5 days but if you're not worth their time they won't reply at all.

Trying to evict a renter that has basically trashed my house. These guys a helping her stay in property which is causing me great distress. We need better services to rehome people close to homelessness, not services fighting landlords when the renter has trashed their home they have worked so hard for.

Gaining access to their services is the most difucult thing I have seen to date. Communication is non existent. I though the purpose of their existence was to help people. The name is Justice Connect, however, you can't even get connected to one of the lawyers" in this "firm". I was told these lawyers were there so they can gain work experience before they move on to real firms. My questions here is
