This shops quality has gone down alot in the past year. I got a pedi with polish; they practically missed my whole nail. I also got a mani with shellac; I asked for light blue and got white, wanted oval got square and circle, tips are very uneven and do not touch the edges. The clear nail polish is cloudy and before I left the shop I noticed my nails were already smudged. Nails tech were rude and rough. Definitely will not be going back there. Money wasted.

Disappointed by not only the service but also the results… the young girl (I will avoid her name here) who looked after me had such an unprofessional attitude and seemed anything l asked was a hassle or the way l held my hands irritated her.Just wanted French tip coffin shape with black rather than white, l had pics on my phone to guid her. She was rough and several times over heated my nail with the drill causing me to flinch and for her to get frustrated.The finished product, after almost 2hrs(infill, not a new set) was thick, bumpy, and a big bump down to the cuticle. I only kept them a few days before l headed to my regular salon (Indigo) to have them removed… my ladies were concerned that it was one of them who made such a bad job and l had to confess l’d cheated on them … but never again

Girls do an amazing job always does what I ask and gets it done in a quick manner but always very professional

Worst SNS ever! I had parts of my old SNS still left on my nails and when asked to fix up the gaps on the side of my nail (they left 5mm gaps) was covered in red powder and sealed. I left so upset it looked like my fingers had been dipped in paint! I have been getting SNS for years and yes, sometimes there is powder left or sometimes they miss tiny bits on my nail but this looked like a 5 year old did it. I would not recommend this place at all.

It was a worst experienced I had. I have been to few different nail place but that was a bad service.My heel was not even clean. My cuticles on the toes was not even touch. Dirty job.First and last visit.Not recommended to anybody.

Amazing! I have loved my nails every time I have had them done (SNS). They last longer than any other salon, and the staff are lovely. Na is amazing! Highly recommended!

Left with my fingers glued to my nails, my clear nails with tips are not clear they are cloudy and does not cover the entire nail. It looks like I have had them on for 3 weeks not 3 hours. I have a feature nail which doesn’t even cover the sides of the nail properly. I brought this up with the nail tech and she didn’t care and even walked off on me. I shouldn’t have paid for a service I was unhappy with and I will never go back there

$45 for a sub-standard pedicure. The feet scrub was minimal and back of my heels were still rough. There was a barely their feet and leg massage. Too expensive for the service I received. Never again.

I have been coming to this Salon for 12 months. I have never had a problem. My nails always are perfect. The girls are very professional. Elen usually does my nails. I would highly recommend.

I get my nails done here and really like them. No damage to my actual nails. They are gentle, efficient, and always beautifully manicure my hands.
