9/4/22: We were in town for the weekend and finally got a chance to try the Butcher shop. We dropped in to get some sausages to have for lunch while we were watching the footy. The butcher is very helpful and friendly. We tried some of the BBQ sausages and also grabbed a couple of Roo sausages to taste. Both types of sausages were excellent, the Roo ones were spicey in a good way, not hot spicey. The nicest Roo sausages we have ever tasted. Great little country butchers shop. Be aware that it is only open weekdays and Saturday mornings though. Highly recommended.

The best Chilli beef sausages I've ever tasted.Peter gives great service and top quality meat and produce.Worth the drive from anywhere.

Peter cut a shoulder of lamb for us today.I cooked it Greek style for 6 hours in a slow cooker and it was divine.Thanks for being an amazing artisan butcher!From Jennie and Jenny
