Wonderful and very welcoming clinic. I had a consultation last week and Quentin was so friendly, professional and explained what would be the best procedures for me and how they would work. He went through all the details with me and made me feel very comfortable. Had 2 treatments today and I can’t wait to see the results. Thank you Quentin and the whole team. You’re all amazing!

I have never had a proper facial before and I can say that this was an amazing first time experience! Stephy was very gentle and the products felt amazing on my skin. She also identified problem areas on my skin and brought to light issues that I didn’t know myself before. The neck and shoulder massage was divine and walked out of there feeling refreshed and pampered. The space itself is also beautiful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience. The team were so warm and welcoming. Everything is so clean and sterilised but doesn’t smell like a hospital. They explain everything in a way I would easily understand and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. They work as a lovely team as well and seem to really encourage and praise each other for their great work. It was so lovely to be apart of it all. I love that you can be the most sophisticated client, to a tired old single mum like me, and they treat you all the same and with the same respect and care. So professional but so personal too. They treat their clients so warmly and the result are unbelievable. I walked out with exactly what I had dreamed of and even more. They were gentle and experienced and knew exactly what I would be feeling and knew how to guide me through gently and with compassion. I wish I could give the team more stars. They really are wonderful, and can accommodate whatever your needs are. From big changes to subtle differences, they’re the best. I am so so happy

I had the best experience! I’ve never had a facial done before and was really worried as I have sensitive skin. Everything was so relaxing, clean, professional and overall, a really good experience. The products used smell and feel great on my skin, and the massage was perfect. Great pressure point massages on the facial, shoulder and neck. Definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed !

Le Blanc is new beauty clinic that opened up near my work place and I decided to give it a go since I was long overdue for a facial session. The space is beautifully decorated and clean. Quentin in particular was so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. I had the Fillmed facial done by Stephy and she was absolutely outstanding. She was very particular and careful about my eyelash and hair extensions to ensure she wasn't tugging on them. Extremely thorough with the treatment and I must mention the shoulder massage was divine.Cannot recommend this new beauty clinic enough!! I will surely be back to try other services as Stephy told me they had the latest machines and technology for all of their treatments :)

I am quite picky to get facials and out of all the places I've been this place wins first place by far. Not only was the facialist able to make my skin look and feel amazing, I've gotten numerous compliments even 4 days after it! Staff are also extremely friendly and knowledgeable on what my skin needed. The space itself is also beautiful and luxurious. Can't recommend it enough, would give more stars if I could.

I had a facial here and it was amazing! It was clear that my facial therapist Stephy had a lot of experience and she had a great facial massage technique. I also liked that she helped me identify problem areas with my skin and advised me on how to address them - this goes above and beyond other clinics I have been to. The decor is also beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Professional cosmetic clinic. I bought a deal from Groupon for $49 micro + LED facial. After I used the deal, I can feel my face is better in way of smoother than before. Shop offered a package price for $99 each time for 5 times pack, which is quite worthy when comparing the cost of service from their website.Clinic is clean, professional and friendly staff. I recommend Stephy. She is very friendly and professional.
