I went specifically to get the new “crunchy” chicken that’s was very ordinary and was just like crumbed chicken nuggetsWhen I walked in , the turban wearing Manager (I presume he was) was outside berating 2 of his staffWhen I left he was doing the same and the 2 girls didn’t look happy nor did the staff insideI think Indians treat their own terribly and I see other comments on here that talk about award wages etcI also notice that all the good reviews are posted by people who could be their mates commenting and talking it up going by the names(just saying)I won’t be going there again

Nothing to get excited about, but is better than maccas. They always screwed my orders and wouldn't honour my 'IN AP' deals when their system flunked. Which happened too much and I no longer eat McDonalds because of this. Hungry jacks 'grilled chicken hunger tamer ' is my favourite and best value. Though they stuffed my order the last two occasions. When I tried to contact via phone to inform them. The number was disconnected. Pathetic and the reason I will conjure reservations with my choices in the future. The world is fading and people need to start caring again .

The worst people I have ever met. The person gave me my burger with no bun! How do you mess that up unless they are spiteful. Before that the woman called" out our number so softly that we didn't hear. We were In front of her with no other people around. So she left our food for 5-10 minutes on the counter getting cold knowing it's our food but can't be bothered to let us know."

I ordered two times through menu log and my orders been stuffed up. I just ordered tonight and they gave me a Burger witch my daughter is Allergic to. And I can't get in contact with anyone who works there as their number don't work also menu log won't do anything about it until a few more weeks cause they also don't have a contact number only email addresse witch now my kid is crying and really upset that she can't have her Burger as promised to her as she is really sick so yeah this hungry jacks is pathetic

I will give zero stars for food & service. Ordered a grilled chicken burger in drive through. It is the worst I have ever eaten. The grilled chicken patties was dry, leathery and cold! There was hardly any lettuce and a small slice of tomato with lots of mayo.I Asked for a receipt, and they couldn't print one after trying 3 times! Burgers here are definitely not better at hungry jacks!

Disappointed with my HJ dessert tonight. As my 11 month old enjoys his sticky date pudding dessert I opted to eat it at home instead of in the car for once. When I placed my order I requested that the ice cream which is served with the pudding could be placed in a separate cup as the pudding comes heated it would not have survived the 7-9 min drive home as u can see the in my pic. My order was filled as requested but I was charged an extra $1.40 Thats 60c short of a small sundae. Not Happy Jan

The food was amazing, fresh and it didn't take long. They were generous with there portions. It's been a while since we have had hungry jacks and it was our first time in a long time and I am happy we came to hungry jacks seven hill. Customer service was amazing and quick! Thank you to the team who were on tonight!

When doing drive through, they always tell you to park down in the bay and wait while they bring it out, even if you are the only car in the queue. One staff told me this is to make their timings look better on the computer.I refuse and just wait at the window. Their timings would be better if a staff member wasn't walking up and down the hill with people's order.The girl today didn't like this and basically through my food at me and didn't say anything.And my large coffee is only half way up when you consider the foam

We been to this store so many times.It’s been a wonderful experience.Sukh one of the employee’s has always done best job.Burgers are always good and well done.She helps a lot to order a better deal and we feel comfortable with her as she advise according to our needs.

Food is generally as expected and staff are friendly, but need another 10 waiting bays.Definitely not fast food.Update:After posting last review, I returned home with my order to find I got ripped off one burger.Sorry but their incompetence deserves one star for one short burger.Lift your game.
