I would give 5 star for staffs. owner is very helpful and kind. But I didn’t have good experience with the products from the beginning. Got my HUMAN HAIR PIECE from this place in March. After a month it started having big Tangle. Now its completely turned in to a bird nest :(I have been using human hair Piece from 10 years. I wore my previous hair piece for 3 years and never had a single knot that wouldn’t fix with combing. Only reason I get this hair piece was because the wig base had wear and tear.With this product, I can easily see its not 100% human hair. Even though they said its human hair piece and charged big money.All I can say now is I WISH I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS PLACE.Its only been 4 months and I am already in search for a new product :((

Such a positive & uplifting experience! It had been a few years since my last SMP treatment, & my scalp was in need of an overall touch up.
