Wonderful and caring people. Jinx had a couple big surgeries in 1 hit and the amount of caring from the vet and nurses are wonderful. Updates and contuing to care afterwards. Would bring any of my animals to this place

Recently visited with my dog Phoebe who needed her vaccinations. We had a super friendly vet (cant remember her name) who was still passionate about her work with animals - which is great to see. Tbh ive never had an issue with the service I've received here and my dogs arent scared to come back!

Best vets around and so affordable and the girls and vets go all above and beyond, especially when I recently put my baby pini to sleep over 2 months ago now they were so attentive understanding and extremely compassionate.I have been to other vets and this one is just incredibly by far one of the best

They have been my pets vet for a very long time and this time it was to say farewell. The team had been wonderful from booking to the final good bye.Thank you so much for your support during the hard times we had to go through during this day as you did make it a lot easier.

Took my puppy to Mount Annan branch yesterday as she has had an upset tummy. She was then seen by one of the vets who assessed her and was very sure nothing was stuck inside her tummy. We were then told to leave her at the vets for further assessments. After 6 hours we were then called and advise our puppy was ready to collect. At no point was I called during the day to be told what was happening with my dog or costs involved. Upon arriving to collect my dog we were then hit with an almost $900 bill, all due to my puppy having an upset stomach. This is unjust and inhumane. The lack of communication was poor to say the least. I will never be taking my dogs back there again.

All the staff from veterinarians to reception are absolutely amazing. Very thorough with diagnosing what was wrong with my elderly dog. They were very compassionate when she took a turn and had to have her put to sleep. We received a sympathy card, some paw prints as well as a lovely poem and some fur clippings that were so touching
