Ordered 2 large chips and 7 pieces of fish, $97…. Chips were stale and old and fish was soggy and small.I don’t understand how someone could justify that price for that quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

I wish I could say I had a good experience here. I was hopefully when I saw the rest of the reviews. But after standing in the empty shop for ages and calling out with no response I had to ring their phone just to get them to come in. When I got home and excitedly unwrapped my food I shocked but the burnt fish and dredging of old chips. Very very disappointing

Just had our first feed there ever!What a disgusting sloppy, oily mess, it was total rubbish. We WONT BE BACK!DONT DO IT SAVE YOUR $$$32 we will never get back.

Old Lady in there is very abusive, swears alot at her son.Chips were waiting on top before our fish was cooked.Asked for our money back and told to get out.NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATTRIOUS!!!!!

Hands down, this is the best fish ‘n chips shop in Townsville. Fish burgers are to die for and the calamari is divine. The service is so friendly. Very reasonably priced and worth every cent. Do yourself a favour and get on down there.

Extremely disappointing pineapple fritters and chips oil logged chips not salted wasn't even asked young lady cooking was extremely rude such a shame as when the gentleman are on there is conversation and laughter and the food is crispy and delicious

My partner and I had the battered Spanish mackerel, the muscle man burger and regular chips to share. It was more than enough food. The quality was fantastic. And the service fabulous !
