Joe is the man! He’s helped me on numerous occasions. He is reliable and honest. He shows you and gives you as much detail as he can on what he’s doing. I would keep him as my regular mechanic if i lived in Melbourne!

Misdiagnosed and replaced bad spark plugs as bad fuel injectors, returned the car still misfiring.. wouldn't admit their oversight and had to visit my normal mechanic.

Booked a week in advance. Handed car over on Saturday with written list of work to be done and that car needed to be picked up Thursday. Upon pick up none of the work on the list done, only an oil change that was not on the list. No phone call or hint there was a problem until pick up despite calling twice to ask why car was just parked on the street outside. Said I could bring the car back, but as I told him multiple times leaving for NSW that weekend.

They do not exist anymore. I have bought a battery 3 months ago that needed to be replaced but I could not find anyone at the shop. Sad.

My car felt much better after a service & they fixed all the problems I reported. A friendly and professional manner which I appreciated as I find some mechanics can be patronising to women. Definitely will take my car there again.
