One of the best watchmakers at an affordable price. I went there to have my two watches repaired, and he was extremely thorough and careful with them. And provided a lot of information on my watches and how to care for them. Will come back here again in the future.

Warren did a fantastic job of custom making my engagement ring and helping my partner turn a pendant that his grandfather made into a family heirloom.I am so grateful for the pride and care that Warren has taken in creating these pieces that will stay with me forever. Warren, along with his Dad & Daughter are some of the most helpful, friendly & knowledgeable people you could meet. I purchased a ring for my girlfriend through these guys 27 years ago!!Warren is a wizard when it comes to repairing jewellery & servicing watches etc & above all else he is both a sincere gentleman & honest.I rate this shop 10 out of 10 & highly recommend it to anyone looking for jewellery / ornaments / watches / replacement bands or batteries etc They are simply the best ! - Darren Musgrave

Had a really good experience here. My housemate dropped his watch and it smashed. I assumed it would be expensive to fix, if it was even fixable to begin with! I brought it here, and was so pleased with the friendly and efficient service. They ordered a new face for the watch, and had it returned to me in less than a week. It looks brand new and works perfectly. They only charged me for the replacement face, which was less than 50 bucks. I am so pleased, and my housemate is over the moon. Thank you so much!
