I used Studio M to draft plans for an extension to our existing property. Throughout the entire process he was available, communicated well, explained aspects of the design, listened to my input and the outcome was exactly as we'd envisaged. Peter worked on my major residential home extension project starting from concept design to the final development approval. The project is a non-complying development due to building height over 9m restriction. Peter made the entire process as smooth as possible coordinating with all parties involved.
