I highly recommend David and his company. He was very professional and offered a very cost efficient approach. His communication and knowledge was 1st rate. Will definiely use him again.As a result of the last positive work David did, we used his company again to install some camera's and an alarm. David once again demonstrated outstanding customer service and knowledge. His service and expertise was amazing. I could tell he really cares about giving his cusomers a great result. My experience with Goto E - Security Solutions has been, at best, underwhelming.David was hired to install an intercom system with remote door locking and unlocking capabilities. My assumption was that I would be delivered a clear intercom system that satisfactorily locked and unlocked my door and gate.Unfortunately, the voice quality of the installed intercom is delayed, of a poor quality and patchy.In addition, the existing door striker burnt out 3-4 months following David’s initial visit; and there have been ongoing issues with the door remaining locked once closed. While David was not responsible for the installation of the striker and lock, I reasonably assumed that when he installed the intercom that controlled these devices, that these would be in a reasonable condition or replaced and repaired if they weren't.What was most disappointing, was that David subsequently charged me for replacing the burnt out striker, without discussing that this would attract any cost or providing any verbal or written quote. I had assumed that David’s role was to provide an intercom that would satisfactorily unlock and lock the door remotely and that this would be protected under his own warranty or my consumer guarantees.I don't like leaving negative reviews - this is my only negative Google Review to date - but this was a pretty disappointing experience and an unsatisfactory outcome.

I hired David to fitout data cabling/security cameras for a small office. David was extremely professional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond what was required. I have no hesitation of recommending David to my family/friends for future data/security jobs.

David came across very knowledgeable on the phone and spoke in an easy to understand way in explaining what the options I had in relation to work that I had requested.He turned up at the times requested, first for the quote then for the work itself. I found David to be very professional. Explained the pros and cons of the different options available to me and the price for each option.What I also like was that there was no attempt to up sell or advise me that I needed things that I didn’t.His approach was we will replace what was needed then see what the reception was like, then if it was not to my satisfaction, he would look at what else could be updated.Could not recommend David highly enough.

In response to Daniel Lane's review.Intercom retro fit was supplied and installed and wired into existing under ground cabling on 12/08/22Front door electric lock was operational and was never replaced nor quoted as part of the retro fit.Daniel calls on 10/09/22 regarding door not closing, I fount that the door frame had moved and the latch did not line up to the strike plate. I did not charge a fee.4 months later Daniel contacted me regarding the front door electric lock. I found that the coil on the electric lock was no longer functioning, He asked me to replace it.Daniel thought I was going to provide a pro bono service for a lock that was there since the property was built, of which was never replaced during the retro fit.Daniel was not happy that I had given him an invoice. He also stated that I should have know that the lock was not going to last and I should have just replaced it at my cost.From my perspective we have both made assumption and I will take our discussion points to improving my service.

Excellent work done by David. Made sure alarm was setup properly and guided me through the settings. Great after service too.
