I am in awe of the communications, dedication and service I have received , great communication and exceptional service . I have been struggling with other pool companies but with in two days I have an amazing fence . If dreams can come true it is with this fabulous committed company .thank you so much for the quality and service you gave me

Amazing service, we had to have a few things change on the day because of our pool concrete run off and our garden bed was to high, they organise the correct high glass and kept working on it until it was finished, communicated with me several times through out the day on the progress and the changes needed. Great finish, would recommend to anyone.

Paid 50% deposit which APG were happy to sit on for nearly 8 months whilst we waited for concreting to be done. Pool fence was installed in the wrong position despite me providing APG with plans for a pergola. APG demanded final payment less than 24 hours after installation. I explained I would pay the balance once I confirmed with pergola company the fence was installed in the correct position. APG then demanded immediate payment and threatened to come back and rip the fence out if payment was not received immediately. We made payment, less $500 which was agreed as a show of good faith" that APG had installed the fence as per pergola plans that were provided to APG. Peter swore on his daughters name the fence was installed as per pergola plans. Our pergola installer has confirmed the pool fence has been installed in the wrong position.Our experience was not a good one

Absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t be happier. Our pool fence was put it so quick and the guys were all so polite and did a really beautiful job. Would definitely recommend.

To begin with I was/am somewhat perplexed to read the poor (2 x 1-star reviews) before I decided to go with Adelaide Pool Glass and glad I didn’t take them seriously. I say this because they are indeed contrary to other constructive reviews I read and in particular my positive experience, which I will explain.In point of fact I found Peter - Adelaide Pool Glass (APG) - to be extremely professional understanding and accurate in what he explained about my “pool fence installation”. What’s more the APG installation team is excellent and respectful. Their work and attention to detail in making sure the project was absolutely in line with what we agreed is ‘second to none’…they also left everything clean and tidy.That said I would highly recommend APG to anyone who is contemplating using them and you will certainly not be disappointed as a result – OUTSTANDING - 5 STARS!

I had a very disappointing experience with Adelaide Pool Glass. I engaged them for a glass pool installation late 2022.During the installation process, their team hit some reo bars inside the concrete and washed all the dust and metal shards into the pool, causing rust stains on the steps and along one side of the pool.Despite my attempts to clean the rust stains myself, I was unsuccessful. When I brought this issue to Peter's attention, his response was unprofessional and unhelpful. He did not show any interest in solving the problem, which was caused by his team's actions.I consulted with my pool builder who recommended to hire a trusted" service provider to drain the pool
