I have had the most amazing experiences at Amala. I started seeing Emma for my lash extensions and was so happy with the service provided that i have now starting seeing the other ladies for eyebrows and body sculpting. All of them are lovely and make you feel comfortable and welcomed every time you walk through the door. I highly recommend!!

What an absolutely devine experience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial package with Rachael, she tailored the experience perfectly. Cannot praise Rachael enough I loved every second of it! I will be returning!! Thank you ☺️

Sadly my experience at Amala late 2016 was not positive. I certainly won't be going back as I left feeling not heard, undervalued, disrespected and like just another person ticked off the list for the day. Staff initially presented as friendly however I felt my facial and whole experience was rushed and NOT a relaxing at all. There were interruptions during my facial and staff left me unattended for a long time (guessing approx 20mins) whist my mask was on to do spray tans and chat which I could clearly overhear. Having had facials before, I raised my observations with staff who shared they did not agree this was less than ideal or unusual. Additionally, prices were not openly discussed prior to treatment and I was shocked at time of payment to discover additional extras were simply added at extra cost without the option of choice, consultation or even permission. I certainly won't return. Disappointing when spending big money at this salon.

Spent the morning at Amala being pampered. The most relaxing and rejuvenating experience since last time I was there. Staff are friendly and attentive and have booked another session for next week! The facial today was divine. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well done Amala.

My friend and I had the 90 minute body scrub and massage topped off with LED light therapy and a lovely facial. I can't rate this highly enough. The beds are heated, the surrounds are warm and relaxing and the lovely. We had Jemma and Debi and they are absolutely amazing and so professional.I have been having the LED light therapy done on a weekly basis for 3 weeks and I have noticed a huge improvement to my skin.I highly recommend them.I have also had cosmetic tattooing done on my eyebrows and my lips by the lovely Debi. She is such a warm and lovely lady. She did a fantastic job, I have booked in for a touch up again with Debi.

Visited Amala Spa & Beauty to get my lashes done by Emma and couldn’t be happier with them. Felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in the door.Even better walking out with fresh lashes!I’ll be returning for sure!

Debi is a cosmetic tattooist and excellent in her workShe makes you as comfortable and welcome in her environment, she has excellent technique in her work and it shows how professional she is.Debi has lots of experience in Brows, Eyeliner and Lip enhancement, as well as guys when you need to cover up your baldness don’t be afraid she does a perfect job.The other girls are so helpful and good in their professionalism with facials, massage and skin care this Spa is worth the look

So impressed with Amala, can't help but feel relaxed upon entering, great treatments and the staff are really well educated in all things beauty. I'm a long time and loyal client of Amala, and always look forward to my visits with the lovely and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
