Absolutely fantastic. Not only were Suck It Up on time when picking up my rug, they were polite with a profession manner. My dog had been sick on my rug and after trying to clean it myself I made it worse. It was filthy and smelt terrible by the time I phoned Suck It Up. I was embarrassed by the state of it, I was ready to throw it out. I’m so glad I didn’t. It looks like new!!! They did a fantastic job, I can’t believe it’s the same rug!!! Would highly recommend Suck It Up.

We used these guys to clean our carpets/tiles and were impressed with their quality and “can do” attitude so thought we would try them with our rug. To say we were amazed with the results (we thought our dogs had completely ruined our expensive rug) is an understatement. Our rug came back looking like the day we purchased it so we would happily recommend these guys and will be using them again.
