Twin Gums Caravan Park
This is a very old park. Amenities haven't been updated for decades. Spiderwebs in all showers and old bandaids stuck to floor mats show that they are very rarely cleaned if at all. No eftpos so make sure you have cash to pay. Neighbours in houses playing loud music until all hours while others are using machinery at 7am. Roosters everywhere let you know what time it is. Not much privacy. Lots of permanents in the park. Owners are nice enough and price is cheap enough but when paying for accommodation I expect clean amenities.

We had a warm welcome by Marion, the permanent people were all very chatty and full of knowledge. I enjoyed my chat with the man who fed the birds.The showers and toilets were spotless. Washing machines only 2 dollars and 3 for the dryer. Plenty of space to park up. The town is a short walk away. I read a review that this place could with updating, if they did update the price would go up and, I expect they would moan at the cost. For 20 dollars you can’t moan, I think we got dam good value. We could only stay for 2 nights, next time we’ll be staying for longer as it was a very peaceful place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend - great location, within good mileage to beaches, mountains, Brisbane, Caboolture etc. John and Marion are wonderful hosts and hubby and I can't wait to get back there again in a couple of months,

although the park is a bit old its quiet, really clean, friendly and the price is excellent. An easy walk into town if you prefer with all the shops you could want to restock your van.

Big open park. Easy level drive through lots. Surprisingly quiet being near the main road. Dump points. Dog friendly. $20 for a powered site. BP service station and excellent pie hut across the road. Older facilities but clean. Cash only.

Great caravan park for $20 night $96 a week. Amenities need attention but you can tell by the friendlyness of the owners that they are succeeding in making this a great stop in Nanango.

Owner didn't warn us the place flooded when it rains .as it has several times in the past. Not a very nice guy to deal with .absolutely disgusted with his attitude. And no help from him when van Park went under .after we were evacuated buy fire rescue he wouldn't let us back in .stay away from here .

Nice prices (20$/night for a van and 2 persons), Marion and John are very nice and helpful. Amenities are clean. Plus, the campground is covered by beautiful flowers. We had a very nice night here.Julie and Christelle from France
