Was charged $90 (with a $42 rebate) for the doctor to let me know that everything was okay with my 15 week pregnancy scan. After I stated that I had already been made aware by my sonographer that everything was okay, but the doctor insisted I came in for the results- which was nothing. Very disappointed this appointment wasn’t bulk billed. Was in the appointment for less than 5 minutes and waited over a hour past my appointment time to be seen

Not just a GP! This team will go above and beyond for you, their passion shines through their work. Also ask about the sister business, Coastal Skin & Laser (next door), it’s a must visit for your annual skin check and cosmetic injectables.

Not a place which shows care just in & out, pay the bill & go...had 3 doctors in 10 yrs there never my choice been handed around like a 2 dollar lawn mower , reception girls do a phone around ringing to drum up business telling me to book an appointment & talking about my issues totally out of order not there business & very unprofessional,even if they know they should act like they don't it's not there business to talk about a patient's conditions.They treat you like a used car not a patient.

As a young woman it’s hard to find a doctor you feel comfortable with, and I found one here. The staff are all kind and the fees are very reasonable. 100% recommend this medical centre.

Mt family have been attending Tewantin Medical Centre since about 1997. The care and attention we get from both doctors, nurses & staff has been THE BEST EVER. Whether it's been an urgent or not so urgent matter the clinic has always looked after all family members outstandingly. Have recommended many friends and family and they've been happy with whichever doctor they see.

I attended the Tewantin Medical Centre with my 15yo son who had injured his thumb.We saw Dr Patrick Tehan and he was extremely helpful and professional even coming to the nearby X-ray clinic with us.He immediately identified the likely injuries and accurately predicted the fractures and additional ligament damage which helped us prepare for the results.He saw us again later in the day and by then had shared the results with a surgeon and had this opinion ready, saving us the time and cost of another expensive appointment.Dr Tehan even managed to book an appointment that afternoon at a local Hand Specialist.Great service and went put of his way to make sure everything was accounted for quickly.Thanks Dr Tehan for making this as easy as possible.The best experience I have had with the medical profession ever.

We have been going there for 5 years and the continuation of service is ridiculous. Every time we start a treatment with a doctor they are gone when we return for the follow up appointment. We have been through 7, maybe 8 doctors in that time. Today was the last straw though. We received a call telling us to book an appointment regarding our daughters blood tests. We took her in today (To see yet another new doctor) and were told that they are all good and there is nothing to do, then they charged us for the child consultation. Literally every other set of blood tests we've ever had we have been told that they only call if something is wrong. So we took time off work and took her in to get told everything is fine, thanks bye.

I used to love going here but in the last 2 years our GP has changed 4 times and the good ones have gone. There's a high turnover of staff which suggests management is an issue. Also my 18 month old's vaccinations were very poorly managed and I wasn't impressed by the cold manor of the new doctor or the reception staff. I will be switching practices.
