Ash at Aussie Garage Door is fabulous and are so happy with the door installed.There were shipment issues which impacted our order extending it from quoted 5-6 weeks to nearly 3 months. What was disappointing was the communication from the office team in regards to the delays. Each time, I had to reach out for an update.Aside from the delay (which was beyond their control) and the limited communication on the delay, I can recommend Ash & his team and you wont be disappointed!

I'm not one to leave reviews, however after the experience with Aussie Garage Doors, I was so impressed, that I had to share the experience. From the initial phone call with Ash, then Sum who manages the communication and updates with great care, to the installation. Everything was professional, smooth, and efficient. The final product has increased the value of our home. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Very competitively priced, and the customer service and attention to detail is second to none. I could not commend Ash and the team at Aussie Garage Doors more highly. In deciding to change my motor and sectional door at my property I sought a number of quotes. Aussie not only came in under the other quotes but the range available and the wait time was also superior.The team are friendly, informative and responsive. The quotes are transparent with no hidden charges popping up. I even had Ash drop in post fitting to see the finished product. Great service.

Ash at Aussie Garage door was exceptional and I shall highly recommend them.Ash recently repaired our Garage door. Throughout the process Ash was spot on.Ash inspected the job, briefed me the nature of problem (coil spring broken and side wires snapped) and offered exact quotes.On agreed date and time the job was done to perfection. Ash also guided me how this can be avoided in future.Besides great work , Ash was very friendly and nice to work with.Well done mate

I seriously question the veracity of the five star Google reviews for Aussie Garage Doors because our experience was awful.Our order for a new door was placed in March with an expected six week turnaround for delivery and installation. That six weeks turned into five months.We had to constantly chase them for an update on progress; the standard reply being it should be ready at the end of next week". Clearly this response was just to fob us off.There was an unfortunate accident when a panel of our door was damaged on route to initial installation
