It’s great what more do you actually want? I went through drivethru and my order was taken quickly. It was a fairly large order. i got to the paying window and was greeted with a great smile from a boy with long blondish hair I can’t remember exactly his name but it started with a D, his customer service was amazing I went to the next window where my food had already been made the lady who i presume is the manager named jess (only remembered it because my name is jess lol). She was also great I recommend this maccas over many such as Banksia Grove and Wanneroo. Food was great and tasted fresh couldn’t be more happier i will be returning!

Ordered Uber eats and missing some of the order. Call up to ask about it and then they just picking up phone but not talking. 0 help !Disappointing

Place was not busy but needed a good clean. We were only customers inside but almost every table was dirty and rubbish on the floor. Not a good look. Food ok, coffee just ok.

i decided to use my my maccas points on a free cheeseburger. all was fine when they made me pay for it even tho i showed her at the window. was some blonde young lady. had a bit of an attitude about it aswell. also ordered the jalapeño bites and didn't even get any of the el maco sauce. packed horribly everything squished in the bag. frozen coke was half filled and i was supposed to get 4 bites in each pack and one of them only had 3. disappointing. better off going to banksia grove. always messing up my order

The manager start talking to the car in front of me in Drive thru ( I think the driver was his family or his friend or his colleague) and he didn’t care that the car behind meant to come forward. Even when I get to the window he didn’t bother excuse for the wait , even he was more rude and pass the food like it was dropping on the floor. Not even at the end excuse or thank . Don’t know who chose him as a manger!!!!

This is the slowest McDonald's I ever use.The drive through takes forever off there's more than 2 cars.And if you go inside, they will ignore you.

Last three times we've been we had had wrong orders. Coffee frappe was just ice - no coffee, ordered two flavours in the frozen coke - got one, drinks are never full - cups only 3/4 filled, ordered hot cakes - no syrup provided, ordered three burgers - got two and when we dined in we waited 40 minutes for our order.They only get the star because the place was clean and the staff we complained to were mostly apologetic.But three strikes, we're out, they've lost our business and we'll go elsewhere.

my scooter was low and i had to ride really far back home so i decided to pop in and charge it. the workers were so rude saying that if we don’t take them out they will cut the power and kick us out. so disappointing that they act like that towards their customers
