I’m a local and this is a very nice spot to visit when I’m out walking every day and does really great coffee.But I’m put off going there by the young barista.She doesn’t make eye contact, no smile, no greeting, customer service skills zero. It’s not just with me, I observe that she is the same with everyone. Am I missing something, perhaps she’s very sad about something but I’m sure it must affect business.
