Please Avoid at all costs !!!They sign you up for their yearly programs and then cut off contact. I ended up losing around $3000 over the space of a couple months. In that time only had contact with a third party mortgage broker who basically said without saying to dodge this bullet. My membership is now on suspension and I am trying to cancel it but have had no contact and they will not reply. They lie and scam just to get your money. Any body that is looking at taking this proxy scam to court feel free to reach out as I am sure there is a lot of us out there.

Please be aware of this company. Do not join the challenge. They will take thousands of dollars from you.You can do it on your own without their help and save you your hard earnt money.Positive Property Solutions was one of the worst financial decisions we made in our journey of investing. Straight away from our first meeting, they gave us 2 options in paying for a 2 year program or a 10 year one. They were only interested in reeling you into their very expensive program. Once your in and it doesn't work for you, don't expect a refund because they will make all the excuses to not give you one. Saying you didn't complete their challenges, etc. They talk the talk but do not walk the walk in helping you.After nearly two years of getting no return from this company. We feel ripped off and disappointed that we were sucked into their program. Please don't make the same mistake. To be truly honest, I am severely disappointed. I feel glossed over, not heard, or understood and completely forgotten.Right from the start I was clear on what I wanted to achieve and reiterated this constantly. I followed eveything they advised. Everything. I took masssive action on their advise and changed my whole life around their guidance. I am talking, my whole life.And the result? A loss of thousands.Rather than capitalising on the upswing, because I was there at the right time, I am now financially backwards and at a massive loss.The whole thing felt more like a frenzy to get in line to buy a available property rather than a planned, thoughtful and very meticulous personal plan according to my goal, clearly communicating strategy and reasons being each picked purchase and why it suited MY goals and how it would help me attain that. The first property rather than being positive as was suggested according to the figures, ended up being close to 200 out of pocket.The second property fell through after waiting for over a year, which by now the market has shifted and the gains have already been made, and so now, upheaved and changed, whole life, first property at a loss of $200 per week, that the developer has overpriced and taken the equity growth, even though my coach told me they had made a gain, which is completely false.In the end the lack of supply of available properties felt like just get one otherwise you'll miss out.They say the proof is in the pudding, and I don't know about anyone else, but I do know my situation, and rather than being positive, excited and thrilled to be on the way toward my goal in the near future, I am sitting at a decent loss, have gone backwards, and completely unsure if I'll even make the loss back, let alone achieve anything close to my original goal.Sometimes the rah rah, shiney objects syndrome can make you feel excited and the claim of Number 1 , well that just cements the beleif that its real and genuine.I feel that Positive property solutions are overhwlemed out of their depth, and scramble to keep up with the real needs of their members.We are real people, not a fad to make PPS feel better about themsleves.These are lives at stake that your guidance affects and has a responsibilty to it.Well i hope and pray and have my fingers crossed i dont lose any more but hopefully see some kind of return..........Thanks for the reply PPS but i already reached out months ago and have had zero response.And what will PPS do exactly? Compensate the 70k loss?

Awesome experience started with one investment 2years ago and now have 3, heading towards my goal of 10properties seems so achievable now. Can now relax knowing my future is in safe hands. Thanks Positive Property
