Super friendly staff. Massive paintball field. Some criticism on their display though. Out the back they have a tank claimed to be a Panzer II, it's actually a very impressive mockup of a Chi-Ha. I hope they can repaint and rename it. As said, it's a very convincing mockup, unless you were a tank expert you wouldn't tell the difference.Also, I wish they'd give their Matilda II's out in the paintball field some love and attention. One is quite unique having a Staghound Armoured Car turret.

Gold Coast War Museum
Well worth a visit to look at the well displayed war memorabilia, including tanks, planes, helicopter and various cars and trucks. Opened in 1975 I came here the first time in 1982 and now again after 30 years in 2018. Museum has been run by the same owner from the beginning and I had the privilege of meeting him this time with my young son who really enjoyed himself looking around at the many items on display.

It is good to see about weapon for war. There are many bullets and army wear and small goods for soldiers .I went to there with my son. It is not much information about war , more likely collection goods . But maybe it is good entrance to study war for kids.

Museum is not big, and smells very old; collection is good though. Could be maintained better. I guess main business is paintball.

If your interested in learning about wars this is the place to go..Very interesting..They also have skirmish and do birthday parties.Sounds like fun for a teenage boy..

This place is fantastic. Aussie history from all the wars Australia has been to. The layouts and information are very well done. Great place to learn of the sacrafices made by our diggers. Very nice place to go and see. Been back twice. Well done.

Gold Coast War Museum
It's a museum, paintball place, store, and dealership all in one. I was only interested in the museum and while it has a lot of stuff a large amount is not vintage from the period. The planes are fiberglass replicas along with some of the displays. That is normal at most museums though. Some of the displays are real original things but poorly lit up. I was the only visitor so was able to roam freely. It's kind of hidden off the main road.

Gold Coast War Museum
Great place for military buffs. Not perfect displays but I find that better. A bit of everything. My second visit in 8 years and still spent over 2 hours in here.
