After 8 month past the first review, and comparing their performance with other local businesses such as Stegbar (which are now terrible with their new management), I think it is fair to increase rating of Hanlon though not completely forgotten their past very POOR customer service!!We have recently had our first and last business with this company. They are misleading, deceptive and do not hesitate to cut corners by misleading you. They charm you first but after your payments are done they will find ways to cut on their contractual obligations and the services. They will claim extra charges which by law are all against consumer Act and rights. Please consider other options before getting into their trap like us.Our actual rating for this business is negative and lowest possible.
