If you run out of shopping bags because you’re too inexperienced to manage your store, and you don’t bother telling anyone when they enter, and you just let them do their shipping and find out the hard way when they get to the checkout that there are no bags for you to put your groceries into, it is 100% not my problem that I left the basket of groceries at the checkout and walked out without telling you.But to go out of your way to try to make a customer feel uncomfortable about it, that’s 1 gold star for you young man. The nearby IGA has a much better selection, friendly staffed checkouts, and is much cleaner. Pickup your chicken bones, the footpath outside your doors is by far the filthiest in South Brisbane.Treat one regular customer badly once, you lose thousands of dollars per year.

I love the new Metro concept stores Woolies is rolling out. Each one is tailored to the community it serves. It provides quick lunch and dinner options. Fish Lane is in a wonderful location in the middle of the arts and cultural precincts of South Brisbane. Pop in and experience the friendliness of the staff.

Just had the displeasure of visiting this store - not sure how they justify hiking the prices by almost 12 dollars in one instance. Yes I walked out in disgust.

Price was fair for a smaller size supermarket for essential needs compared to a large grocer.It's nice that it'd located right across from thr bus station.Clean and helpful workers and environment.Self checkout line only.Not much items on sale but there were few that were like baked goods and boxed items

Too much construction work which made it difficult to locate the store. This store does not show on the map that it is a metro store and the range of items are very limited.
