I have purchased multiple times from this store. Great products, prices and service—both during and post-transaction. I made a complaint recently because I was very careful with a product and it broke due to what I felt to be a manufacturing fault. Buy Organics Online liaised with the manufacturer and sent me a replacement part within a couple of weeks for free. Highly recommended!

There was no delivery or status update for two weeks after placing my order.I got refunded via Paypal after a dispute was opened, and they said it was out of stock. I wouldn’t deal with this company again and wouldn’t recommend.
