They definitely deserve 5 stars.I had the best breakfast at Med cafe and the coffee was so delicious. Will definitely come back.

Decided to try out this Cafe last week. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and the brekky bacon and egg coffee deal. The service was fast by friendly staff, the contents of the breakfast was generous and I liked the way they cut it in half so its easier to eat. The capucino was smooth, most cafes down Petersham Audley st are packed, however I recommend giving these guys a go.

I come here regularly and the service is always super friendly. The coffee is excellent and the food is consistently good. Recommend their burgers especially.

Great coffee, been going there since they opened, I highly recommend old fashioned double cooked chips, they are heavenly and the chicken burger ( better than Portuguese chicken burger ) and Hallumi roll are both so tasty, cheese and tomato toasties are fabulous, if you want to tweak something on menu, staff are happy to make food to your liking. Fresh produce always, fresh juices available too. Great food and friendly staff, what more could you ask for in tiny Petersham. Cute and cosy eat-in area. I'm always trying things on their menu cause everything is so tasty and they add new food items regularly but they still keep things simple and flavourful. Kid friendly. Everything is fresh and super tasty. Great produce. I'm a fussy eater and Med Cafe basically caters to my taste buds.

Been here twice and unfortunately the second time was a bit off putting. First time the man served me and it was all fine and the gozleme was all good. The second time the gozleme was fine too but the lady kept talking to another lady in front about something on her phone and then when I eventually got my order, while making the gozleme the two ladies just kept side eyeing me until they finished.
