Went to these guys to pick up & drop off a trailer I was hiring. Truly fantastic service from both staff members! At pick up she was a little unsure but was very humble to admit as such and was willing to be taught a thing or two to make her life easier. And upon return a fuss free easy handover. Thank you Caltex Bracken Ridge for making my busy day easy and hassle free.

Great staff, very clean shop. THey don't offer LPG or 95. There is high flow diesel pumps as well normal flow. There is air for tyres. toilet inside and very clean. on the side there is mechanics. They are selling pies now. also sells bait, kindling, wood and lpg gas bottles. You can use your rewards card but unfortunately you cannot get the discount but still get the points, you can also use with myer card. if you have toyota car, download the app, they offer discount few times a year.

I would give less for the rude customer service that my partner received today all for $0.01. Lady demanded that he go and get extra money to pay as she was unable to process the payment, fair enough, however she forgot to give to money back and likes to throw her hands on counters when he asked for the $0.04 back.

I don’t expect much from a service station….but the appalling customer service I received from the bleach-blonde woman was inexcusable. I was having trouble with my “everyday rewards card” and she was so rude to me, rolling her eyes, “tutting” as I was trying to get it to work….there was no need for this rudeness at 7:00am, with no other customers waiting.

Oldie but a goodie, set off the main roads, it is very convenient if you know where it is. Google maps didn't take me there in a 'nearest to me petrol station, I just knew where it was, a an oasis if you have run out of fuel and are on the freeway nearby.
