Property Vine - Holborn at Central

Got a 1 bedroom apartment, it was good. Just in bathroom wasn’t clean properly. Also didn’t get told prior to checking in, I will be needing to put a $200 deposit on top of renting the room for a night!!! Than will be receiving it 10 business days later. Luckily I did save some money to get back to cairns the next day

2 Bedroom apartment but not enough cutlery etc for four people that where staying there. Apartment was filthy with dust all over the window screens, dirty curtains and blinds, non functioning sliding doors, dirty floors, fridge that didn’t keep anything cold and a bed that felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Stayed at plenty of places but this by far has been the worst. Place needs plenty of work. On the plus side while we had a fire evacuation the kids got to ride in the Fire Truck which they enjoyed. Wish I had read some of these reviews before booking this place.

Great location, well priced.Very grubby needs a really thorough clean! Toilets filthy, curtains filthy, sticky splatters up the lounge room wall kind of smelled like vomit! Broken curtain in the master so can't keep the light out, the garbage chute was full so the entire floor was dumping their trash outside our door! Not really a nice experienc.

Bed was lumpy, terrible to sleep on. Doona on bed was stained & it didn't have a cover just a sheet over it, room smells, curtains dirty, hole in ceiling where fan used to be.Not worth the money we paid.We will never come back. Toni

We are currently staying here checking out on Sunday and this is not out first stay here, will never be staying again, the room has a ceiling fan that is missing and the hole hasnt been covered over or fan replaced as per pic, have asked multiple times for the foxtel to be fixed still hasn't been as per pic, the beds are very uncomfortable, no doona cover just sheets wrapped around the doona, when having a shower water runs out of the shower down and around the toilet as per pic. I rate this place a solid -4/10 would recommend no one ever stay here, if this had an option to give minus stars I would. We will be telling everyone one we know to avoid this place.

Do not stay here! Worst experience my family and I have had. Was given an email address to write our complaint to over 2 weeks ago now and still no reply or phone call. Place was filthy dust caked everywhere, marks all over the furniture, walls and carpets. Our room was given to other people so couldn't even check in until 8pm that night. Couldn't access the parking due faulty remote and no spare. Spent three hours trying to fix the problems with the receptionist only to miss the kick off for the football we drove 4 hours to watch, After dressing our kids in the pool toilets. Tried to complain to the new receptionist the next day and just got offered more tea or coffee.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a family trip which we paid in advanced, reception gave our room away 2 hours before our arrival at 3pm (for a check in at 2pm). We confirmed 2 days before travelling that we were still coming and then again that morning.Reception then gave us a replacement accommodation, splitting the family up with a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment. On opening the door to the 2 bedroom apartment the room was flooded. On opening the 1 bedroom apartment someone else was in there (double booked us).Never again will I book here.

Absolutely filthy!!From the floors to the walls.Rubbish on the floor in the bedroom and under the TV unit. The floors look like they have never been cleaned. I was even nervous to sleep the bed.We are staying in a 2 bedroom unit and it’s terrible.Train noise, loud music this place isn’t very quiet.Won’t be staying here again.Please make sure these rooms are cleaned properly before you let people stay in them. Very disappointing!!

Used to be a great place however this time the fly screens were all dirty (one had 'clean me' written in the dust by a previous visitor. Duvet was yellow and had to be removed before sleeping. Toilet leaked and the ac in the living room wouldn't respond to the remote. Would be a nice apartment if it had been cleaned and maintained properly.

Horrific. Left with 2 bruised hips from the springs in the bed, the bed head was peeling and we woke with black pieces of ‘leather’ stuck to us, absolutely filthy, carpet was lifting and stained and entire apartment smelled of mould. Was offered no compensation, just a discount if I came back to stay. Unsure why I would be coming back to stay for any reason other than I felt like torturing myself. Absolutely avoid.
