We had a great stay at Manly Pacific for a special occasion. The hotel is in a great location, is clean and modern and the staff were extremely helpful - a special shout out to Amy for going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you to Amy & Manly Pacific!

Check-in staff were very good.My room was very large with very little furniture - bed, desk, TV, single chair. Nowhere to open luggage except on the desk. Nice modern room and large bathroom. It had all necessary appliances.The room service meal was very ordinary but arrived on time.The market fish with potato gratin, greens, and beurre blanc was very (too) salty, and the fish was overcooked and dry.The soup du jour turned out to be a thick red seafood bisque with some pipis on the shell.For the soup, fish main, dessert, and a small cheese plate, I was provided with four knives, three forks, and a teaspoon. No soup spoon and no dessert spoon.Mini bar prices were extraordinary.

Great value for money, lovely breakfast in the morning, and rooms are nice. Go up to the roof, and you can swim in the amazing pool and have a sauna. Really good place, and I would highly recommend it.

Great location with newly renovated rooms. Restaurant was serving all-day, which is a great plus. But, carpets were never vacuumed during our 4 nights stay. Key-cards stopped working after 3 nights. No chair onditioners in bathroom. Long waits for the lifts occasionally. Some of the reception staff rather clueless. No-one cared a damn for a party next door. And, they only told us (by email) 48 hours in advance that there is on-going renovations. Fire-alarm was also blinking all night long in our room. However, as there are not many hotels in 4 stars category in Manly, you might end up staying in this place anyways. It has a beautiful uplift done, I must admit.

My stay at Manly Pacific exceeded all expectations.It was so personalized and thoughtful. The guest welcome gift was incredible.The room was just Devine in everyway.The hotel is stunning. The staff even more lovely.Everyone was so warm and welcoming.A massive shout out to Jess and Ruby from Guest experience.Maxy for his lovely presence and James from F&B the coffee was so good.Honestly they made sure it was everything and more for me and my bestie catching up without the kids.The rooftop pool is soooo gorgeous and all other facilities so modern.I am sold and will be back.Thank you to the team at Manly Pacific

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Manly Pacific. Every staff member made us feel welcome, always asked if we needed anything and made sure we had the best time at the hotel. Thank you Coko and the team for giving us such a lovely holiday experience. The rooms were clean, fresh and we were lucky enough to have ocean views which were spectacular. The rooftop pool was so nice, especially during sunset when you can get almost 360 degrees of beautiful sky views and scenery. Manly Pacific should think about putting a hot spa as well, that would be truly epic! Buffet breakfast was nice, friendly staff, very accomodating and clean. We will definitely recommend having your holiday stay at Manly Pacific! Thank you

Disappointing. We booked a standard room for one night in February. I was sent a link prior to arriving to book and pay for parking for our stay.Upon arrival, we were informed that there was actually no parking available after all (despite us already having paid for it). They refunded the cost, but it meant that we were forced to use a public car park that was nearly double the cost of the original parking fee. Super inconvenient and surprising that they don’t prioritise spaces for guests who have pre-paid.When we got to our room we were surprised to find that our window looked out to… a brick wall. A literal wall. The room was small, dark, and definitely not good value for the nearly $500 price tag. Did it do the bare minimum? Yes, we had a place to sleep and shower. That’s about all I can say for it.

We stayed at Manly Pacific for a work conference for 3 days. Highlights were the proximity to the beach (you’re on it) and amazing sunrises, best buffet breakfast we’ve had in many years at Bistro Manly and the renovations and facilities were spot on. Staff were really accommodating and helpful each day. Low light was the garbage truck clearing the bins at 2am each day waking us up and we were on the fourth floor. Hardly the hotels fault but still sucked. Overall was a great stay and we’re already planning when we need to get back there.

No parking. First in best dressed. You will have to park at the council parking 5 mins away or on street, if you can find one. View was great and location. Started well with Reception congratulating us on the birthday. Booked the most expensive suite $1,800 per night. Pool was dirty and way to small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Sauna was complimentary for our room, however was fully booked so we could not use it. What’s the point then??Breakfast was very disappointing. Staff were all stressed and very rude. One lady screaming at us like we are criminals. No system for table service. So embarrassing. The food was below average. We didn’t eat it. The coffee would have to be the worst ever, we left and ate at a local cafe instead.Upon check out reception asked how everything was, I explained the situation and he offered the mini bar complimentary. So we’ll done to him.Overall what was meant to be a weekend away became a stressful stay and $1,800 less in the family budget! Would I stay there again?? My answer will be no. The hotel is too busy for the size it is so everything becomes cramped and over worked.
