Bethel Funerals

Appreciation to the Bethel team for a well organised memorial service at a great venue. We are very happy to have given Dad a worthy send off which honoured a life well lived.

Bethel arranged both my father's and mother's funerals, 7 years apart. The first time, someone else made the choice for me. The second time I chose them. They are truly exceptional, across all their staff, for their compassion and kindness. They followed up after the funeral with counseling support. Although I didn't take it up, I will forever be grateful for their continued care.I sort of took for granted that all funeral places operate the same way, until recently, I was looking to replace the photo frames that were provided for the funeral, as I had broken them during a house move. I rang the wrong funeral place at first as I googled and clicked on the wrong line, and the the response on the other end of the line from 2 people was cold, standoffish and unfriendly. I was surprised as I'd remembered Bethel to be really kind, then I realised it was the wrong company. So I rang Bethel correctly this time, and, oh my, what a world of difference. From the receptionist to the staff members, they were all consistently kind and helpful. When I went to pickup the 2 photo frames, I asked what I owed them, and the lady told me there was no need for payment. I was so touched, I felt tears come to my eyes. Such genuine kindness is a treasure that one seldom comes across in today's world where there's often fake kindness to sell or promote things. Bethel genuinely lives their values of kindness. Thank you Bethel and to all the good staff.

This group is not for profit and their values and professionalism are fantastic. They were empathetic and clearly explained every step of the process for our mum’s funeral covering all options. Bronwyn was just lovely taking time to help us . They problem solved, nothing was too hard for them at such a difficult time for our family ( we also used them a week before for another relative ). They helped with things we did not even know aboutI recommend them highly

Mal was thorough and sensitive to walk us through all the details required for the funeral. Make sure you have a bite to eat before arriving to your pre funeral appointment as it is a long and emotional process confirming all the details even with a pre paid funeral. Bethel Funerals is a not for profit group. Their staff are caring, kind and helpful. They provide excellent products and service. I’m so glad we chose them.

From the time of my father in laws passing to the funeral, Bethel Funerals were fantastic and made the whole experience stress free.
