Alteration Spot
Got a jacket dry cleaned and they gave me the wrong one back. Then said that they couldn’t do anything about it unless someone else came forward whose jacket mine had been swapped with. The jacket I got was both a much cheaper brand and didn’t even fit me so there goes a $500 jacket down the drain. Definitely won’t go there again. Wouldn’t recommend at all as the situation was handled extremely poorly by them.

Do not take your clothes here for dry cleaning, my skirt was stapled and left with several large holes in it where there was a stain. Very unprofessional and extremely poor response when brought to their attention. I suggest the dry cleaner and staff be properly trained on how to handle delicate fabric and take due care with expensive garments.
