Community Junction has been extremely fortunate to have worked with Paul Schott over the past 6 years. We started working with Paul to develop our first Strategic Plan after the amalgamation of three NGO’s. Moving from a colleague in my team, to a team leader was a difficult transition for me. My strongest skill set of relationship building and ‘Getting along well with others’, just didn’t really cut it as a team leader.
