Great products and even though they’re expensive, they stand the test of time and are funky and functional. I unfortunately gave a two star rating however because of their poor customer service.I experienced some technical issues whilst trying to purchase some grobags during a sale. I lost patience with the site crashing and so closed down the page and logged back on the following day to try complete the purchase again. Unfortunately the items were still on “sale” but had actually increased in price. I emailed the customer service team via their contact page on the website asking for some additional information about the price increase and asking whether the initial sale price could be honoured from the night prior. I didn’t receive a reply for 5 days, and when I did the response was that the customer service team were unable to place orders on behalf of customers and I’d need to either go back to the website or wait for another sale. I replied, clarifying my initial questions, including whether the initial sale price could be honoured via a discount code or voucher. Disappointingly, I never received a reply and purely as a result of this decide to purchase through another company.
