Prior to my S8 screen replacement they checked the LCD for faults, and said it was in good working prior so the charge will only be for glass screen replacement. Phone went in for 3 days to repair and when I got it back I saw that the LCD was damaged with burnt in" keyboard letters. They told me there was actually a fault (after I asked them) even though they said nothing was wrong with the LCD when I gave it to them. They said it was not their fault.I do not recommend them as when I try explain it is their fault they dont seem to "understand " ..."

Paid for an iPhone 6s screen repair, got an iPhone 6s screen repair. Did take a bit longer than he’d said but he was backloaded with customers so it was understandable

This store broke my phone! I came to this store to get a new screen protector put on my phone, it took the staff member about 30 minutes and they kept taking it off and putting a new one and spending ages pressing on it to get the bubbles out. When they were finally done they charged me less as it wasn't perfect" and pointed out a scratch in the screen protector. Once I was home I noticed this scratch was actually a crack in the phone screen itself which was absolutely not there before I visited the store. I called the store to try and explain the issue but they denied any responsibility

Just had my Samsung S9+ repaired by these guys, 2 day turn around great price considering I had so many mixed quotes from other repair shops. I saw some of the reviews and I was worried but the service was great and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their glass replaced. Thank you once again :)

Left my phone there 12 mths ago. Didnt receive a receipt. Went back to get it, they couldn't find it. Then they rang me they had found it, due to work commitments went back a couple of days later they've lost it again. This went on for 2 mths.Moved away for 10 mths. Phoning them everyday to see if they have found it yet. They haven't. Didn't even think to use find my IPhone did this and it was located at the store only 4 weeks ago nothing after that. So obviously they've had it all this time.Not happy and now no one is answering the phone this morning.

The guy told me he would fix my phone in less than 40 min, and told me he would call me back ones my phone is fixed, instead of ringing me and telling me the phone is done you can come and collect it, he shut down the store and left. So the following day I rang them up atleast 10 times but it goes straight to voice mail. I was very angry and unhappy that day because I live almost 35 min from the place. I wouldn’t go back there not worth it. But thanks for fixing my phone

DON’T GO HERE.My phone was working fine but battery wasn’t lasting long. Went in for a new battery, got the phone back & the battery died instantly & wouldn’t charge. I went back & was messed around for a few hours & they tried a different battery. They couldn’t fix whatever they did & the phone now shows zero battery & restarts itself every couple of minutes. I ended up spending $1500 to buy a whole new phone as mine isn’t usable anymore. My fault for not using iCloud but I have now potentially lost all my photos & videos of my daughter as a baby if I can’t get the old phone working again.

All these 5* have to be fake spam accounts, reason being, i had my iPad in for repair, they let me know that the device would be fixed in a week, only to have them return the device back to me in two months, with the home button broken and the screen falling apart. Anyone who is thinking of coming here please find someone else, these people have made me lost $400 because of their poor services.

My led screen for my iPhone 6s+ needed replacing and these guys were amazing! They were the closest and cheapest place I found and they did a great job. I also changed my mind on the colour of the screen I wanted and they changed it for me a week later at no charge at all and even replaced my tempered glass protective screen free of charge! No joke these guys were perfect. Thanks so much!

Left finger prints and dust on the inside of my replacement Ipad screen also the glue is coming away. He told me it was the best he could do and that if i wanted a refund he would have to smash my Ipad screen. I asked for a contact for the Manager which he would not give me and then just proceeded to sit down and ignore me. If the Manager see's this post please contact me as i am sure you do not want your business run like this.
