My experience using eRider was phenomenal. I really didn’t have my hopes up for receiving my Weekend Warrior E-Skateboard under a week. To my amazement I got my package at my door the very next day. The eRider staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions that I had and to put the icing on the cake, they responded to my queries in a matter of hours. I’ve been out on a few rides on my new skateboard now and I have to say that the ride is incredible! I can feel the power below my feet and there’s nothing that seems like an obstacle for it with the 150mm all terrain wheel option that I took. Also, I’m yet to come across a hill that is too much for it to ascend easily. It’s been able to zip up everything I’ve thrown before it.I’ve found a new hobby to enrich my life for years to come!

Purchased a Wowgo AT2 electric skateboard after eRider gave me very helpful advice discussing pros and cons of suitable boards. Was advised it would take up to 2 weeks to arrive, however arrived within about half that time. Great serve and great skateboard.

A HUGE thank you to the team at eRider and Ecomobl. I purchased an Ecomobl ET late last year, which is an amazing eBoard (and needs to be ridden every day!). The sales process from eRider was first class, with updates on the delivery status every step of the way. When I experienced some technical difficulties with the board, I was disappointed to have the board out of action.Thanks to the amazing support, and after sales service provided by eRider and Ecomobl, we were able to determine exactly what the problem was with the board, and the replacement parts were shipped out in no time at all. It was always a friendly interaction, and I felt supported every step of the way. I am delighted to have the ET back on the road! Thanks again to the team!!!!

It took 4 days for eRider to respond to my initial enquiry on purchasing a replacement charger. After 3 more emails proving ownership, I was then told that they only deal with existing customer. How do you become an existing customer if they won't sell you what you are looking for? Be careful because with this type of sales strategy eRider won't be around for long.

Great prices led me to order from eRider but the ordering experience was simple and tracking info was super informative. It said delivery to me in Melbourne by Thursday but the shipment was still in Brisbane Thursday morning when I checked and thought I wouldn't get my board in time for Melbourne lockdown 6.0. assuming truck transport. A few hours later there was an update that it was at Melbourne Airport! Shipment was by plane so was super stoked - got my board and have been riding for hours a day ever since. The Path - Weekend Warrior board is awesome, easy to ride, great power and range for the price. The battery monitor could have more than a 3 bars-indicator to get a better sense of remaining battery. Tips: Moving the board manually turns itself on so you only have to turn on the remote. The board stand-up and balances on-end which is handy when wheeling it around the supermarket and needing both hands.
