WaratahAir & team: from the first call from Joel to the time of completion was a hastle free experience, regular contact made by Joel to make sure everything was running to plan.Communication was excellent.To Arron & the team well done guys arrived when you said you would, very polite and ready to get to work, we were told 2 days to complete which it was.Small issue with wifi connection which took a bit of working out, so a big thank you to Brad & Cooper for there determination in getting it solved.

We contacted 3 aircondition companies to replace our old ducted system. Waratah Air replied to our email the same day with a rough estimate as a guide. Joel provided very detailed quotes for both Mitsubishi and Daikin ducted systems. He also replied quickly and professionally to our many questions and even found new vents that were as close as possible to the old style vent measurement. Danny and the installation team arrived on time and removed the old ducted aircon and installed the new all in one day! They did a fantastic job and tidied up after installation. We are delighted with their professional, polite and timely service. Great work Waratah Air!

I had been trying to get aircon install in my unit for years but every other Air con company said it was too hard and expensive. When Joel came out he found easy a useful solutions and 1 week later I had aircon in my unit without any hassle from strata. VERY Happy! Thank you guys

I needed a fire damper for my bathroom light/heater in my unit for fire compliance purposes. The fire inspection company from my strata was quoting me a ridiculous $4K+ to install 3 fire dampers for one heater. And despite me repeatedly re-verifying with them (common sense says surely there is a mistake), they insisted this was correct. I contacted Rob Fuller and he quoted me lower than a third of what I was quoted by the other contractor and the job was done perfectly (they did have to add other wood supports to secure it properly) and certified to be fire safety compliant (and needed only one damper as I suspected). Lots of shonky tradies out there. Rob and his team were lifesavers. And I 200% appreciate their help. This crew not only does great work but you can trust them to quote an honest and fair price. I highly recommended them.
