Had some minor issues with my Canon printer not printing correctly. Had Paul out here recently and unblocked all printer jets. Working perfectly now. Paul was a delight to deal with and very knowledgeable too. Highly recommend them.

Took my Epson printer to be fixed. Paul did his best & was able to improve printing quality. However, as he couldn't get it to 100% he said he would not charge for his time. Great service from him and his colleague, Frank. Hence a well-earned five stars.

Paul was friendly, efficient and organised. He explained to me very well why my printer was faulty and advised me to get another good model of brother printer which would save my cost instead of repairing it. The best part is he did not charge me any call out fee which made me very happy and satisfied about his service. Thanks alot Paul.
