The lady seems to be so impatient. Always in a hurry. I went in for eyebrows threading and was charged $18 for shaping and did the worst job. She couldn’t understand that she was missing the line and shape. Never returning here.

Have been to this place today. Neetu was the girl working there, she was very welcoming and very efficient and quick with her work although she was working alone and it was quite busy when I went as it was a Saturday. I didn't wait for long and she did my brows exactly as I wanted them. Thanks for the amazing service, will definitely be back!!

Neetu was an absolute gem and did an excellent job! She was all alone in the store and quite busy but greeted everyone who walked in with a smile and was so welcoming. I am very pleased by the result of how my eyebrows look after a threading and my first ever tint. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Extremely unprofessional. Their no-booking policy and poorly managed salon is a no-go for me. While the services aren’t great, I still went there for convenience and decent price. Last time I was told they don’t take bookings for anything but facials but called ahead anyway thankfully and they said it’s too late to come in for a wax. She told me to come before 4-30 the next day. Had to reschedule my whole day only to be told by another staff that no one informed her and she cannot take me because she closes at 5.30. No apology, only attitude. No thanks.

Always so impressed with Preet’s attention to detail and care when providing a service - she listens, takes time and makes sure you are happy with the end result. She is very firm with covid check in rules and vaccination status and despite that not being what everyone “likes” I personally always feel comfortable when I see her working as I know these standards are upheld. Definitely always come back when I see preet is on shift! She’s a star
