Best store, best service, best gear. I have read the lower rated reviews and feel it is more the customers error/oversight more than the store or staff.Feel like I need to give more detail because my experience was tremendous but there are some low reviews here...Today, 05 March 2022, I tried on a jacket and shoes, was helped with sizing, colour options and safety rating/details. Side note; I came in with full protective gear, for all they knew I was just browsing so highly unlikely staff seen me coming" and tried to "push" or over sell a noob/someone with no gear - as some negative reviewers alluded to.In response to the negative review about being made feel insecure

Very poor customer support. They will happily take your cash, but there is zero warning at checkout if an item cannot be returned, even if it doesn't fit. I would have been happy with a store credit and even that was declined. For an online retailer, these guys make Harvey Norman look good.

Before contacting RC, I visited several other bike shops looking for a particular Revit jacket. No one had what I wanted in stock nor were they interested in getting it in for me.RC were listed as a Revit stockist so I called and spoke to Nico, who had a 3XL in stock and put it aside for me. When I came in and tried it on, it was still a bit small. Nico contacted Revit and confirmed he could get a 4XL for me to try (even though a 4XL didn’t exist online)!While I was there, I asked Nico about some boots and he happily did lots of research for me.The following week I came in to try the 4XL jacket and I met Nathan. The jacket was perfect (thanks, guys!) and Nathan gave me some great advice on tracking down the boots I wanted, writing out a list for me, even though it probably reduced the chance of him getting the sale. Genuinely helpful and interested in helping customers find solutions, not just making a quick sale or fobbing people off like many other bike shops.All interactions with RC were friendly and helpful, with no pressure: just trying to help me get the right gear.Superb service. You guys are awesome hence the 5 star review. However you guys are making it hard to purchase not everyone wants to buy online people like to try gear on for size. Open 2.5 days a week really? All the best too far for me now. Chatswood was bad enough now Somersby. Can't keep everyone happy I suppose.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My mate and I have both bought our jackets & pants here based on excellent service and discussions with the staff on the pros and cons of each product. I even had couple of items shipped to me later as they did not have my size in stock. The delivery was tracked all the way and the product was with me less than 2 weeks. Great shop and my go to place for motorcycle gear needs in Sydney. Highly recommend to all level of rider's. Ta

Great collections and friendly staff! Picked up cargo trousers that I ordered online in store today and was offered to try on to see if the size fits. Great experience overall! Went home and decided to order a pair of shoes online straight away. Will definitely come back.
