I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. Every practitioner that I’ve met is amazing. Each of them takes their craft to the next level. The office is comforting and beautiful for treatments and exploring new avenues of health. I am looking forward to my next breathing appointment!

Poor communication by reception, when asking for payment details a nicer manner is appreciated.

Extremely poor communication from the admin team in regards to payments. If you wish to receive 1000 emails about a payment that has already been processed when knock yourself out. This is a place that should be easing the stress of their clients and due to the way I have been treated by the admin team, I will no longer be attending this clinic. It is a shame because the treatments that I did receive were great but I can't deal with the administration department being so disrespectful.

What can I say - it really doesn't feel like a doctors' clinic when you walk in! Obvious care, effort and detail was put into all my visits to various practitioners here. Many are specialists in the area of gut health and take alternative approaches to what I've found elsewhere. I feel I am in very knowledgeable and safe hands at Genbiome.

Christabelle and her team are truely outstanding at what they do. I have had the most supportive, positive and healing (psychically and emotionally) experience at Biome Gen. I really do owe Christabelle and her team my quality of life and health. I was so physically sick and stressed walking in there and 7 months on I can say I’m totally on the path back to amazing health again. I could not recommend Christabelle and her team highly enough. To anyone chronically sick who has been to multiple Drs with disheartening results, there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel, with this incredible team wrapped around you!
