I have been dealing with Callum and his customer service has been absolutely amazing. I am based in central Sydney and am temporarily working here for a few months so needed a short term car solution. I contacted a number of other car subscription businesses that were based locally, all of which never got back to me or if they did it took forever to get an answer. Callum from Hitchhiker cars came back to me almost instantly and was so helpful! Even though hitchhiker cars was based the furthest away for me out of any of the other companies that I had contacted it didn't bother me as the customer experience has been so seamlessly simple from the get go. 3 weeks in and I am so glad I went with this company as they continue to be so helpful and pleasant along the way
